I became aware of Griffin Solicitors via social media, in particular Tiktok and I was absolutely blown a way by not only Mr John Griffins manner, approach and empathy in his posts and his advice on legal matters but by his very obvious willingness to acknowledge, understand and help normal every day people who are struggling with civil legal matters. I became an instant follower. Unfortunately a few months later I found myself needing advice on a civil matter I immediately reached out to Griffin Solicitors, Mr John Griffin himself. From the moment the phone is answered you are met with a beautiful politeness, professionalism and sense of calm, that they are prepared to listen to you and while i apprecaite many people will say thats all part of business presentation and marketing and is expected, this is different. This feels genuine and that you are a priority.
