What kind of work do you specialise in?
Griffin Solicitors practises in business law, property law, wills and probate and litigation. We will provide advise and referrals  but not take on work in other areas of law.
How long have we been in existence?
Griffin Solicitors has been in existence over twenty years having been established in 1991.
How many people work in Griffin Solicitors?
Currently the practice consists of the principal John Griffin, solicitor Simone Walsh together with Legal Executives Louise Martin, Gillian Kenny supported by Katarina Benova. More details on each person can be found in the section called Our People.
I am concerned about legal costs. How much will I be charged?
The policy at Griffin Solicitors is not to take on any work without first going through all the costs of the transaction with you and agreeing same with you in writing. You will be asked to sign a terms and conditions letter setting out the terms upon which we provide our services.
Where can I park when attending Griffin Solicitors?
There is free car parking outside the offices of Griffin Solicitors.
What are the goals at Griffin Solicitors?
The aim at Griffin Solicitors is to provide the highest level of advice and expertise within the areas which we practise in.
What documentation will you require from me as a client?
Under the Anti Money Laundering rules it is necessary for us to obtain details of your identity, such as a passport or drivers licence and proof of where you reside, such as a utility bill in your name. You may be asked for proof of your PPS no by way of sample correspondence from the revenue.
How long will my matter take to complete?
At the outset of the transaction you will be informed in writing as to the estimated time that the matter is likely to take. If the time line changes significantly then you will be informed in writing of same.
